100 Days to Go: Champions League Final and Champions Festival in Budapest
UEFA will host the 2026 Champions League Final at the Puskás Aréna. To celebrate the pinnacle event of European club football, a four-day festival will take place between May 28 and 31 at Heroes’ Square, with free admission for all visitors. The Champions Festival will offer interactive programs, concerts, and DJ performances for those seeking quality entertainment.
One of the crown jewels of sporting events organized in Hungary will be the 2026 UEFA Champions League Final, staged by the Union of European Football Associations on May 30 at the Puskás Aréna, kicking off at 18:00. This special occasion extends beyond the stadium itself: the Champions Festival will move to Heroes’ Square, bringing football closer to fans and offering unforgettable experiences for everyone attending.
At the event, both young and old, devoted fans of the sport and casual visitors alike will find entertainment tailored to them. Playful activities, small-sided football matches, DJ sets, selfie spots, and official fan merchandise will await those attending the free event. The festival’s most attractive highlight will undoubtedly be the Champions League trophy, which will be on display every day except on the afternoon of the final.
In addition to the Champions Festival, the Ultimate Champions Legends Tournament will also be held again this year. The football tournament will feature renowned Hungarian players as well as outstanding and globally recognized footballers from the history of the Champions League. The prestigious event will take place at the Papp László Budapest Sportaréna on Friday, May 29, with tickets already available for purchase.
The Champions Festival is organized by UEFA and the National Event Management Agency in cooperation with the Hungarian Football Federation.
